Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Planliyoo you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines. If the terms change, this is announced in the app.

2. Age limit

Planliyoo is open only to people aged 18 or over. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed.

3. Purpose of the app

Planliyoo brings people together around shared activities such as sports, hobbies, culture and studying. It is not a dating or flirting app; using it for that purpose and sending unwanted flirtatious messages count as harassment.

4. Your obligations

Treat the other participants with respect and honesty.
Go to the meetups you said you would join; if you cannot come, tell the group in advance. Leaving before the meetup starts with "I can't come" on the meetup day card carries no penalty, and your place goes to the waiting list. Not showing up without notice lowers your reliability score, and if it happens again your account may be restricted.
As the organiser you can cancel a meetup before it starts; the group is notified with the reason you choose. If cancellations less than 2 hours before a meetup happen again, your reliability score drops and a moderation review may be opened.
For your own safety, hold meetups in busy public places; do not share your home address or payment details.

5. Suspension and termination

Accounts that break the Community Guidelines, or that harass, spread hate speech, commit fraud or pose a safety threat, may be restricted, suspended or closed. Meetups that have not started and were organised by a suspended person are cancelled. You may appeal a moderation decision once, with reasons, within 14 days; the appeal is reviewed by a different moderator from the one who made the first decision.

Hadi Points are given by the system for behaviour such as taking part, rating and organising. They cannot be spent, sold or transferred and have no cash value.
Rewards open according to your level and the conditions written on the reward; there is no draw or element of chance. The sponsor provides the discount and the product; coupon codes are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points found to have been earned by breaking the rules are taken back, with the reason.
A meetup that closes by itself (one the members did not confirm) earns points only for the member who confirmed it.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time; what is deleted and what remains is written on the Account Deletion page and in the Privacy Notice.
