Account Deletion
In the app
- Open the Profile tab in the app.
- Go to "Privacy, My Data & Account Deletion".
- Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
If you like, first get a copy of your data with "Download my data" on the same screen.
If you cannot open the app
Write to privacy@planliyoo.com with your registered phone number. Once we confirm the number is yours, your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your birth year and phone number
- Your settings, notifications and notification keys
- Your blocks and friendships; your messages in friend chats
- Your Hadi Points history, badges and the coupons you claimed
- Your subscription and identity verification records
What is anonymised or kept
- Your pseudonym and bio are deleted and replaced by an anonymous name such as "SilinmisUye…".
- Your messages in group chats stay under that anonymous name and are deleted 30 days after the meetup.
- Ratings you gave others stay anonymous; report and moderation records are kept for 3 years.
- Your open requests are cancelled; meetups you organise that have not started are cancelled and the participants are told.
- The deletion request itself is kept, to show that it was carried out.
If the deletion is put on hold
If there is an open report review about you, an ongoing restriction or a legal hold, your deletion request is recorded and waits until the review ends; this stops rule breaches from being erased by deleting the account. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
