Frequently asked questions
Is Planliyoo a dating app?
No. Planliyoo is activity first: what you will do is decided first, and matches are made among people who want that activity. The community guidelines forbid using it for dating.
Is my location shown to others?
Your exact location is never shared. It is rounded to about 500 metres on your device, and others only see an approximate distance. You can withdraw location permission at any time.
Who will I be matched with?
Phone-verified people nearby who want the same activity in the same time window. People you blocked and people who do not pass the reliability filter are not suggested to you.
How old do I need to be?
Planliyoo is for people aged 18 and over. Your date of birth is asked during sign-up.
What should I do if something goes wrong?
From the safety centre in the app you can report or block a person; reports go to the moderation team. In an emergency, call 112 first.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → the privacy, data and account deletion screen → Delete my account. The account deletion page explains what is deleted and what is kept.
