You can send your questions, bug reports and suggestions about the app to destek@planliyoo.com. If you mention your pseudonym in the app and your phone model, we can help faster; we will never ask for a password or a verification code.

Reporting someone

In the app, tap the person's name or message and use "Report" and "Block"; the report reaches the moderation team together with the chat context. If a life is in danger, call 112 first.

Your personal data

You can get a copy of your data from the app right away (Profile → Privacy → Download my data). For other requests under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK), write to privacy@planliyoo.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. To delete your account, see the Account Deletion page.
