Community Guidelines
Planliyoo expects these guidelines to be followed so that it stays a safe, respectful and friendly place for shared activities for everyone.
1. Basic rules
- Focus on the activity: The focus is always on what you will do together. Judging people by their looks or making unwelcome advances is forbidden.
- Keep your word: If you said you would come, be there on time; if you cannot come, tell the group in advance.
- Be respectful: No discrimination on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other reason is allowed.
- Meet in public places: Hold first meetups in bright, busy places such as a café, a sports centre, a park or a library.
2. Forbidden behaviour
- Harassment and pressure: Sending unwanted messages, or insisting after being turned down.
- Fake identity: Using someone else's photo or identity details.
- Fraud and commercial spam: Selling products, collecting money or asking for payment under the pretext of an activity.
- Deliberately not showing up: Joining and then not coming without notice, wasting the others' time.
- Illegal activities: Using the app for illegal drug use or unlawful gatherings.
- Inappropriate text: An activity, pseudonym, bio or alias containing sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, gambling, hate speech, strong profanity or a request for payment. Such expressions are blocked automatically; borderline ones go to moderation review.
3. Reporting, blocking and appeals
You can report and block someone from a chat, an invite, a candidate card or the rating screen. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team in order of urgency; if a life is in danger, call 112 first. The reported person is asked for their side when needed; reporting someone in a group before the meetup when they have written nothing does not count, and false reports lower the reporter's trust score. You may appeal a moderation decision once within 14 days.
